Donald Reid Group, based in Maidenhead, approached Stonecoast to handle their digital marketing on a recommendation from sister company CB Reid (who we’ve worked with for years!). After a couple of productive meetings to agree the scope of our work, we identified the website, client communications and product information as priorities.
Using existing brand guidelines, we created engaging information documents that covered Government budgets and funding statements, tax information and a whole lot more. We adapted the information for the DRG website and developed a series of emails that we sent to their existing customer base via campaign monitor (and used the analytics data to inform future campaigns). We generated a high level of client engagement and supported customer retention strategies.
