As a vibrant, caring and professional veterinary centre, Southfield Vets in Dorchester felt that their website was letting them down. A meeting, lots of coffee and a stack of ideas later and we were on board! The team at Southfields knew that their customers were browsing for vets services across all devices yet their website was not mobile friendly and the design was out of keeping with the amazing business they are.
So we talked (and we listened!) We found out what makes Southfields different from other providers and what they wanted to do in the future.
We took their traditional imagery and gave it a modern twist. Through a new creative approach, we brought out the caring side of the business by forgoing formality and embracing their sense of fun. We’ve developed a website that really does give potential customers a great feel for the business.
As the website emerged, so did an updated visual identity for Southfield Vets. Stonecoast developed a new brand book and then set about working with the team to develop a marketing strategy that aimed to increase engagement, reduce waste and build the brand. From there, we have worked with the team to develop annual marketing plans and have designed a new suite of press and digital adverts.
We’re currently working with the team on the development of a full new suite of marketing material and stationary as the practice is undergoing a total transformation that will make the centre in Dorchester one of the most impressive in the South West. We’ve worked with the team at Southfields for nearly three years and have loved every minute.
